Our business has a reputation for the high-quality images that we deliver. Each photo that our clients select are hand-edited in-house and they go through a transformative process until we’re proud of the finish. Our current ‘look’ is hard to describe because it doesn’t fit into any typical categories, the main thing is that it’s built around making YOU look nice! We take cues from the film photography era, combine them with modern technology capabilities to create perfect images where skin tones are radiant, backgrounds are vivid yet realism isn’t compromised. That’s Alimagery’s Special Sauce.
Thinking about the wider needs of our clients, we wanted to provide the best value for any given use case. Conceptually, in modern art, that everything is deliberate. What does that mean? Well, that movie you watched last night had a location scouted, a set designed, costumes tailored, sound effects dubbed and colour grading applied all towards one purpose: creating a mood that enhances the story.
One of our business values is that our shoots are shaped around you, so, what we mean to say is that just providing one (albeit amazing) editing look doesn’t suit everyone. Most of the time, yeah, you want photos that are focused on making you look nice. But sometimes you might want something that looks really natural or you might go in the opposite direction and get those dark and moody tones in. It’s about fitting your personal brand.
Due to the wider needs of our clients, we are pleased to announce that we are now offering different editing styles! At the time of booking, you’ll have an option to select one of the following three flavours and the entire gallery will be edited consistently.
ENHANCED
If you’re a fan of the natural look and don’t want your photos to look obviously edited then this is your choice. We add a bit of oomph into the photo, typically brightening, adding contrast, and gently colour correcting to then finally give a quality finish.

MOODY
For lovers of storytelling, our moody images are a dynamic way to instigate an emotional reaction from whoever looks at your photo. Switching to a workflow more common in Hollywood we end up with crushed blacks, warm tones and an enriched colour grade.

We take timeless cues from the film photography era and combine them with ultra-modern capabilities to create something special. However, we don’t compromise on realism or unique character. We don’t manipulate the photos to make you look like somebody else, this is just you, at your best.
