If you’ve received a photoshoot from Alimagery, you have a non-transferable perpetual license for personal usage only (as per your contract). However, this doesn’t include the commercial usage of the photos (i.e. if they are to be used for financial gain). If you would like to use our work commercially, please enquire below.
Who is this for?
If you're a client or a third party looking to use photos produced by an Alimagery photoshoot either directly or indirectly for a business reason for example:
advertising
stock photography
social media for business
print sale profits
or resale of any nature.
If in doubt, ask your photographer and we can advise whether you need this license.
What's the processs?
Please fill in the form with your requirements. Tip: To save money, consider what you really need! It might be tempting to want to buy the full copyright for an entire gallery when all you actually need is a one-year license for three photos across one platform.
We will send you the pricing depending on your usage.
Let us know if you would like to proceed.
Complete the invoice and sign the licensing contract.
You receive a licensing certificate and the work product ready to use for the purpose detailed.
But I'm just a small business/startup/solo entrepreneur! Do I still need a license?
A commercial license is required for any business purposes. Alimagery is committed to provide good value for the quality of our work and, as such, that’s why we ask the details of the usage so we can provide a fair price.
I have loads of followers, can I just credit/tag you?
You will still need a commercial license. Credit, however, can be incorporated into your pricing depending on the specific usage, quality of your profile, engagement, audience relevance and other factors. Whatever the credit/tag is worth to us, we may offer to deduct it from the original fee.
